At VANTAGE Recovery, we are committed to delivering your recovery essentials quickly, securely, and with care. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. During high-volume periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days] after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.

Free Shipping

VANTAGE Recovery may offer free shipping on qualifying orders from time to time. If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout.

Free shipping promotions may be subject to minimum order values, eligible locations, or specific product exclusions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation has been sent.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. VANTAGE Recovery is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at ops@anchoredventures.co. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, VANTAGE Recovery is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. However, if your package appears to be delayed or missing, please contact us and we will assist you in reviewing the tracking information and filing a claim with the carrier where applicable.

If your tracking shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, your local post office, or the shipping carrier first.

International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary by destination. If international shipping is available for your location, shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.

VANTAGE Recovery is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carrier procedures.

Pre-Orders and Backordered Items

If your order includes a pre-order or backordered item, the full order may ship once all items are available unless otherwise stated. Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items will be provided on the product page where applicable.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the damaged item, and photos of the packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
